Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

- Service is completely unavailable for 48+ hours
- Payment was charged in error or duplicated
- Account was not activated after payment
- Technical issues prevent service usage (documented)
- Request made within 7 days of purchase
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Account termination due to policy violations
- Partial bandwidth usage
- Slow speeds from third-party hosts
- Content availability on third-party services
- After 7 days from purchase date
- Accounts with excessive usage patterns
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Open a support ticket with your order details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation
- Allow 5-10 business days for review
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not offered. If you've used any portion of your plan, you are not eligible for a refund unless due to service failure on our part.
Chargeback Policy
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination and ban. Please contact support first to resolve any payment issues.
