Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Service is completely unavailable for 48+ hours
  • Payment was charged in error or duplicated
  • Account was not activated after payment
  • Technical issues prevent service usage (documented)
  • Request made within 7 days of purchase

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Account termination due to policy violations
  • Partial bandwidth usage
  • Slow speeds from third-party hosts
  • Content availability on third-party services
  • After 7 days from purchase date
  • Accounts with excessive usage patterns

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Open a support ticket with your order details
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Provide any relevant documentation
  • Allow 5-10 business days for review
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. If you've used any portion of your plan, you are not eligible for a refund unless due to service failure on our part.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account termination and ban. Please contact support first to resolve any payment issues.
