A few answers to help you get your bearings.
How do I join the affiliate program?
Create an account or sign in to your existing one. Open the Affiliate section in your dashboard and submit an application. An administrator reviews applications; your referral link becomes available after approval.
How are referrals connected to my account?
Approved partners receive a unique signup link. New accounts created through that link are attributed to the partner. Share your link before someone registers so their signup can be connected to you.
Which purchases earn commission?
Completed Razorpay plan purchases by your referred users earn 20% of the amount actually paid after discounts. Repeat purchases also count. A signup alone, an unpaid order, or a refunded order does not earn commission.
What can I see in my affiliate dashboard?
View your application status, referral link when active, referred signups, email verification status, sales, and earned commission. Sales and commission are tracked separately for each currency.
How do payouts work?
The dashboard records commission but does not process payouts. Contact [email protected] with questions about payout arrangements; there is no automatic withdrawal flow in the dashboard.
What happens if my affiliate account is paused?
New referrals are not attributed while your affiliate account is paused. Your dashboard shows the account status. Contact support if you need help with a paused account.
